Odor caused by the mix of sweat and bacteria on the skin.
Self-care options include antiperspirants and deodorants and regular bathing with antibacterial soap. It also may help to avoid spicy foods and caffeinated drinks.
See a healthcare professional if:
- Change in sweating pattern, including excessive sweat or little or no sweat.
- Changes in body odor.
- Disruption of daily routine.
- Unexplained night sweats.
