See a healthcare professional for:
- Fatigue, dizziness or fainting.
- Confusion, irritability.
- Lack of menstrual periods.
- Stunted growth in children.
- Hair that thins, breaks or falls out.
- Dry, yellowish skin.
- Extreme weight loss.
