About the Case Study

Launched in 2021, the Saudi German Health Nurse Fellowship Transition Program was designed to support nurses transitioning into practice across a multi-site healthcare system. As outlined in the ANCC case study, the program focuses on:

• Expanded mentor and preceptor capacity
• Competency-based assessment aligned with PTAP standards
